Professor Imam Yahuza Suleiman has been appointed Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of National Board for Arabic and Islamic Studies (NBAIS).
The appointment was contained in a letter dated 23rd May, 2023 and signed by immediate past President Mohammadu Buhari.
The letter, titled HME/FME/Vol.1/236/A, says the appointment spans a period of five years with immediate effect.
Professor Imam, before his appointment, was the Deputy Registrar of the Board.
He was a lecturer in the department of Arabic Studies Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.
