After years of resolution and protracted struggles to join the Polygamy Community, as encouraged by Islam, the Managing Director of Ahmadu Bello University Consultancy Services (ABUCONS), Dr Umar Farouk Yaya, has finally found his second wife and heartthrob, Salwa, who have both agreed to be husband and wife on 12th June, 2021.
According to an invitation card which is already in circulation among academic colleagues, friends and well wishers, all arrangements for the wedding Fatiha of Dr Farouk and Salwa have been perfected, and will, Insha Allah, take place @ Layin Alhaji Ammani Inuwa, opposite Fagge Model Primary School, Ibrahim Taiwo Road, Fagge Kano.
The wedding invitation Card reads, “The Families of Late Alhaji Yaya Abdulqadir Iguda and that of Late Alhaji Muhammad Dan Nagari Cordially invite Friends, Colleagues and well-wishers to the Wedding Fatiha of their Children – Dr Umar Farouk Yaya and Salwa Muhammad Dan Nagari”
Earlier, the soon to be groom had challenged all academics, especially Professors in Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, to emulate his courage to take in more wives to help rid our societies, especially our campuses of unmarried students who are in need of marriage to complete their religion.
