The Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of a leading global Oil Firm – ANOG Group, Dr Sami Uchenna Charles, has acquired a multi million dollar Airport in Bologna, Italy.
Confirming acquisition of the facility to Education Monitor, Dr Charles said he is committed to injecting more money into the airport to revitalize it in his dream to make it one of the best in the world.
Dr Charles who described the airport as a mid-level facility stressed that he will stop at nothing to recapitalize the airport to enhance its viability.
He said the airport which has numerous hangars and aviation colleges, which he described as rare and sure facilities capable of boosting the airport’s potential for growth and development.
Acquisition of the Airport marks a strategic expansion for ANOG Group and underscores Dr Charles vision for diversification and investment in key sectors beyond oil.
Commenting on the purchase of the airport, Ambassador Dahiru Aliyu who is also the ‘Dan Malikin Lagos’ described Dr Charles as a strategic businessman with uncommon ingenuity, said Nigeria needs more of the likes of Dr Charles to contribute to the growth of world’s economy and to make our country proud.
