A 30 year Old 500 Level Law student of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, AbdulAziz Adam Ahmad has died at the University’s Medical Centre, Kongo Campus.

Ahmad who died after a brief illness hailed from Wase Local Government of Plateau State.

The deceased, who was in the midst of writing his first semester exams was initially diagnosed of Malaria and Typhoid at the medical center.

As the sickness persisted, he went back to the medical center where he was admitted and later died while on admission.

According to Aliyu Muhammad Sani, a 300 level student of Law Department, “the illness was just between Tuesday and Wednesday, when he died. He even wrote exams on Tuesday.”

“His wife has recently put to bed, just a week before he passed away, but he couldn’t go back home to check on the family because of his exams,” Sani lamented.

The deceased is survived by a wife and two children.

Between late April and early May, ABU has lost three undergraduate students.
