The Director General of the National Institute of Advance Legal Studies (NIALS), Professor Mohammed Tawfiq Ladan, has fully completed renovations of Lagos office of the institute.
Giving an update in a chat with Education Monitor recently on the completed renovation work, Professor Ladan said the project gulped about N41m.
According to the DG, buildings, refurbished facilities as well as newly furnished computer room, supply of 8 executive chairs to management Staff, 7 standing ACs and fans etc, were among areas touched by the renovation exercise.
Breaking down the details of the financial involvement, Professor Ladan explained that under 2021 capital budgetary allocation, Phase one renovation gulped N24.8m while phase 2 renovation under 2022 capital budgetary allocation was N16.1m.
