The Vice Chancellor warned that any student found violating the university’s rules and regulations, including examination malpractice, cultism, social immoralities, theft, drug abuse, and other offenses, would face disciplinary action. He emphasized that only matriculated students are considered bonafide students of the university.

Professor Abubakar further emphasized that degrees are conferred only on graduands who are found worthy in both character and learning.
