The Director General of Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS), Professor Muhammadu Tawfiq Ladan has applauded the African Students Union Parliament over the success of the recent Webinar summit which held in Abuja, Nigeria.

Professor Ladan expressed optimism that, “the excellent presentations and the fruitful interactive sessions that followed their presentations was highly enriching”.

He added that, “the Summit will proffer forward looking solutions to the plight of African youths and their critical role in upholding the rule of law and promoting the development of Africa”.

The DG NIALS, who also received a Pan-African Prize for Excellence, for his contribution towards the advancement of the course of Pan Africanism, which ushered him into the Pan African Leadership Hall of Fame, expressed gratitude to the Parliament for the recognition.

He thanked the Speaker of the Parliament, and other partners for the award and for providing the lead speaker from Kenya, co- presenters from Egyptian and Nigerian universities for the summit.
