The Vice-Chancellor of Prince Abubakar Audu University, Professor Marietu Ohunene Tenuche has congratulated Professor Salisu Ogbo Usman, Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, on his birthday and the successful launch of his Sickle Cell Foundation.
